30 days, and no card is asked for. The clock starts at your first pageview rather than on the day you sign up, so taking a week to paste the snippet costs you nothing.

For a further 7 days we keep counting your traffic while the dashboard itself is locked, so subscribing inside that week leaves no hole in your history. After that collection stops too. Your CSV export is never locked, in that week or after it, and the daily totals already collected are never deleted — subscribe later and they are all still there.

More than the number above, unless you are in a country with no sales tax on this. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax: Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and adds VAT, GST or sales tax by billing country, then converts. You see the exact total in your own currency before you pay, not after.

30 days on any charge, no questions asked — ask from the address you signed up with. Separately, if a renewal charged and your account has sent no pageviews since, it is refunded however long ago it was.

The rate you sign up at is the rate you keep renewing at, for as long as the subscription stays continuously active; increases apply to new sign-ups only. That is a promise about the price and only the price — it is not a promise that what is included never changes.

Nothing is dropped at the limit. If it is a little over we raise your limit; if it is a lot more, we work something out. The one hard stop is five times your plan limit — 250,000 pageviews on the standard plan — past which we stop accepting data from that site, events and outbound clicks included, because one runaway site would otherwise spend every other customer’s database budget. Talk to us long before that.

Only pageviews. Custom events, outbound clicks, downloads and session heartbeats add nothing to it. They are not unlimited — the hard stop above applies to them too — but they are not billed and never eat your quota.

No. All three billing shapes are the same product: 50,000 pageviews a month, up to 12 websites, every feature. The only difference is how often you are charged, and paying for a year at a time is cheaper because payment fees are charged per transaction, not per dollar.
